Son miembros de la ONG Naturpaz que promueve un programa de "Semillas para Cuba" con el objetivo de estimular la producción agropecuaria en Cuba.

Juan Alberto De La Nuez -Presidente de los Consejos Comunitarios de Naturpaz en la región Central de Cuba- fue notificado el 4 de septiembre de 2024 en su domicilio, por el Jefe de Enfrentamiento de la policía política en los territorios de Municipios Rodas y Abreu de Aguada de Pasajeros, a presentarse el viernes 6 de Septiembre a las 9:00 a.m. en el Departamento Técnico de Investigaciones “Unpico” en Pueblo Griffo, provincia de Cienfuegos.

Anteriormente el militar cubano autoidentificado como “Wilfredo” había informado al miembro de Naturpaz, que la entrevista será con el Teniente Coronel “Rosendo” -también conocido como Jiskle Ramos- Jefe de la contrainteligencia militar en Cienfuegos. El motivo de esta cita sería supuestamente hablar sobre Naturpaz y el Programa de Semillas Para Cuba.

According to the United Nations Group of Experts on the Democratic Republic of the Congo’s (“GoE”) 2013 final report, citing Ugandan officials and UN sources, in 2013 the ADF had an estimated strength of 1,200 to 1,500 armed fighters located in north-east Beni Territory of North Kivu province, close to the border with Uganda (see map below). These same sources estimate ADF’s total membership —including women and children— to be between 1,600 and 2,500.

While the ADF’s ideology has historically contained some Salafi-jihadist elements, it has also recruited along secular ethnic lines and is deeply entrenched in the broader political and economic dynamics of the Rwenzori border region between Uganda and the DRC.
