June 14.– With only 7 days to go before the presidential runoff on June 21, a new AtlasIntel poll for Semana magazine places Abelardo de la Espriella in the lead in voter intention in Colombia . According to the study's results, the candidate has 52.2% of the valid votes, while Iván Cepeda has 44.5%, representing a 7.7 percentage point advantage.
Valid votes exclude citizens who have not yet made their choice.
The survey was conducted between June 5 and 10, 2026, with 3,681 people from different regions of the country using the Random Digital Recruitment (Atlas RDR) methodology. According to the technical specifications, the study has a margin of error of 2% and a confidence level of 95%.
The results show that De la Espriella maintains a lead in several regions of the country. In the Caribbean, he registers 56% of the vote intention , while in the Central region, which includes Antioquia and the Coffee Region, he reaches 58.9%. In the Amazon and Orinoco regions, he also appears in first place with 50.5% of the preferences.
Meanwhile, Iván Cepeda maintains a lead in Bogotá and the Pacific region. In the capital, he has 49.9% of the vote intention compared to De la Espriella's 44.6%. In the Pacific region, Cepeda registers 53.1%, while his opponent reaches 44.9%.
