Last Tuesday I was active as a lobbyist. On behalf of
Democracy International
I met with
Sven Giegold
, Member of the European Parliament. I handed over to him a big envelope. It contained the recommendations by 1695 people on how to clean up EU politics. It was great to be lobbying for this cause and to be backed by so many supporters!
This summer we at Democracy International had asked people all across Europe to submit to us their proposals for a stronger EU transparency law. We cordially thank everybody who participated in our political action!
