It was revealed that the FBI actively put pressure on Twitter and Facebook executives to suppress evidence of Hunter Biden's corruption found in the computers of the President's son and of his father's role in his dealings.
Organized by FBI Supervisory Special Agent Elvis Chan, as many as seven DC-based FBI agents held weekly meetings with Twitter and Facebook executives during the 2020 race. The White House and federal agencies colluded with tech companies to censor speech along ideological and partisan lines on social media platforms.
Judge Terry A. Doughty of the Western District of Louisiana ruled that FBI Assistant Special Agent in Charge Elvis Chan must be deposed under oath for his alleged involvement in coordinating with social media platforms to censor the Hunter Biden laptop story prior to the 2020 election.
