Beaten and injured and obviously in distress, he sits bleeding on the ground. He is then "helped" up and mugged. How low can you get? Shameful.
Reece Donovan, of Cross Road, Romford, has been charged with robbery after the incident in Barking.
The victim is 20 year old Malaysian student, Ashraf Haziq.
Following his appearance at court, Mr Donovan - who also goes by the name Reece Reegan - was remanded in custody until August 19th, when he will have a hearing at Wood Green Crown Court.
